Refund policy

At Gargiulo’s, we want you to love every jar of sauce and every product you receive from us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns on jarred sauces or any consumable items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

To report a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

If your item is eligible for a refund (e.g., damaged in transit or wrong item sent), we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method once your request is approved. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you received the wrong product, please contact us and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
